If a passenger wishes to cancel a reservation, it must be done at least 48 hours prior to the departure time of the bus.
For cancellations made within 48 hours before departure, no refund will be given.
In case Autostradale cancels a bus trip, passengers will be notified as soon as possible and offered the choice between a full refund of the ticket cost or an alternative trip of equal value.
If an alternative trip is not possible or wanted by the passenger, a full refund will be provided within 14 days of cancellation notification.
Refunds are only issued to the original payment method used during the booking.
If the bus trip is delayed for more than 90 minutes, or in case of overbooking, passengers are entitled to full compensation as well as assistance (i.e. meals, refreshments) depending on the waiting time.
In the event of significant delay, passengers could be entitled, under European law, to compensation up to 50% of the ticket price if Autostradale fails to offer an alternative journey which gets you to your final destination within a reasonable time.
If illness or another unforeseeable scenario prevents a passenger from traveling, the terms of cancellation depend upon the fare conditions of the chosen rate. To avoid any financial disadvantages, it is advisable to contract appropriate travel cancellation insurance.
