  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time, there will be a cancellation fee of 50% of the ticket price.
  • If the bus is delayed due to weather, traffic, or other causes, the passenger will not be refunded in any way.
  • If the passenger fails to arrive at the scheduled departure time, the ticket will be considered void and no refund will be issued.
  • If the passenger arrives later than 10 minutes before the departure time, the ticket will be considered void and no refund will be issued.
  • When a passenger needs to rebook a ticket, a fee of 10% of the ticket price will be charged in addition to the new ticket price.
  • If a passenger is denied boarding due to overbooking, Tur-Trans will issue a full refund of the ticket price.
  • If a passenger is denied boarding due to any other cause, Tur-Trans will issue a refund of 80% of the ticket price.

  • Tur-Trans permits passengers to bring up to two pieces of checked luggage per passenger, plus one additional personal item (e.g. a handbag or laptop).
  • Luggage must not exceed a total weight of 50 lbs per passenger.
  • Any luggage exceeding the weight limit will incur an additional fee of $1.00 per pound.
  • Items that are not accepted on board the bus include dangerous items such as weapons, explosives, flammable items, and hazardous materials.
  • Passengers are also not permitted to bring animals, plants, and alcoholic beverages.

  • Tur-Trans does not allow any pets onboard its buses, except for service animals.
  • Service animals must be wearing an identifying harness and remain with the passenger at all times.
  • Only dogs and cats are accepted as service animals.
  • No other animal is allowed on board.
  • Pets cannot be transported in the cargo compartment or the passenger compartment.
